Job summary

Ask ITC Inc. is seeking a Technical Lead to oversee all Active Directory related projects and provide operational support in the Harrisburg area.

You will lead AD deployments, DNS/ADFS/PKI tasks, and GPO management to ensure secure and reliable authentication across the organization. You will collaborate with Security, Core Network, SCCM, and other IT teams to implement Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions and support data migration to online services such as Office 365.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years experience supporting and deploying complex Active Directory Domain Services.
• Must have strong scripting skills (VB Script, PowerShell).

Job Description

Technical Lead for all Active Directory related projects and operational support.

Support for teams requiring AD support.

LDAP integration, Certificates, Group Policy Admin, Domain Controller deployment and support, custom schema extensions, ADFS, PKI, and DNS, user logon scripts.

Compose scripts to automate system administrative tasks.

Compose scripts for reporting.

Office 365 related services and technology support.

Work with other IT support teams to trouble shoot issues related to authentication.

Skype for Business – video, meetings, collaboration support.

OneDrive for Business – support, execute department plans/migration of user data.

Exchange Online – support and documentation.

Documentation and support for O365 SharePoint Online and Delve.

Documentation and support of Office Mobile Apps on mobile devices.

PST Migration – migration support and documentation as the department migrates PST data to online mailboxes (network upload or drive shipping).

Subject matter expert for implementing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions to support the departments effort to integrate with Azure Application Integration and Data/Analytics Solutions.

Position will work closely with:

Security Team, Core Network Team, SCCM Team, Workstation Support Teams, Mobile Device Management Team, Trainers, and other state agencies as required.
