Job summary

Intermountain Health Utah Valley Hospital in Provo, Utah, is seeking an IT support professional to provide hardware, software and network troubleshooting in a hospital IT environment. The role requires coordinating with Intermountain Digital Technology Services and vendors, responding to incidents, and fulfilling service requests under SLA guidelines.

The position is on-site in Provo with 40 hours weekly, typically Monday to Friday, 8:00–5:00.

Responsibilities

• Work on tickets to resolve computer issues per priority and procedures.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and document resolutions in the ITIL ticketing system; update knowledge base.
• Keep users informed of system changes, planned downtimes and service updates.
• Assist in setup of desktop systems including hardware, software, network connectivity, and backups.
• Support enterprise security policies and monitor compliance for users and devices.
