Job summary

Tucker Ellis LLP is seeking a dedicated Support Technician to join our IT team in St. Louis, MO. This role requires in-person attendance five days a week and entails resolving software, hardware, printer, and AV conferencing issues for employees and guests.

Responsibilities include first-line support, troubleshooting VPN connectivity, and imaging computers for distribution, with after-hours on-call rotation as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Experience in application support and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for technical assistance.
• Diagnose and resolve computer and software issues.
• Provide in-person and remote support.
• Support desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Assist with videoconferencing tools like Zoom and Teams.
• Troubleshoot VPN and connectivity issues.
• Image and build computers for distribution.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
