Job summary

Plaza Motors, a part of MileOne Autogroup, is expanding our internal IT team in St. Louis and now hiring a part-time Hardware Support Technician.

The role involves installing and configuring computer and phone equipment, handling network and printer devices, and providing on-site support for end users. You will diagnose hardware and software issues across Windows, Mac, Unix/Linux environments, manage software licenses, and assist with inventory and telecom setups.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Information Technology field service experience.
• Thorough knowledge of hardware products and software capabilities; Apple products preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; knowledge of Internet protocols and access methods.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure computer and phone equipment, including site preparation.
• Install and configure network and printer devices.
• Perform diagnostics, repairs, upgrades and ongoing support for PC hardware.
