Job summary

PROMAN Group USA is seeking a motivated IT Support Technician to join our onsite IT team in Northbrook, IL. This hands-on role provides Tier 1–2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices, with a focus on Microsoft 365 and device management.

You’ll help ensure users have the technology and support they need to succeed in a growing IT environment. This role offers a path to grow your IT career by working alongside experienced professionals and leveraging modern Microsoft

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of IT support or help desk experience.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications.
• Exposure to MDM like Intune preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and 2 onsite support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Deliver excellent customer service to employees at all levels, including executives.
• Install and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and business applications.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Assist with MDM device enrollment and licensing.
• Assist with basic Cisco Meraki networking equipment administration.
