Job summary

Ritz Instrument Transformers is seeking an on-site IT professional to maintain reliable technology operations across the facility. You will provide end user support, administer Microsoft 365 and Windows Server environments, manage security, and support ERP and manufacturing systems on the shop floor.

You will troubleshoot issues independently, communicate effectively with end users, and handle multiple priorities in a manufacturing setting, ensuring uptime and secure systems.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT support in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Windows Server environments.
• Ability to manage security and access across multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• End User Support: Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop and laptop computers.
• Microsoft 365 & Identity Management: Administer Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive.
• Infrastructure Administration: Support Windows Server environments and Hyper-V.
• Network Administration: Troubleshoot connectivity and maintain network docs.
• Security & Compliance: Implement cybersecurity best practices and monitor alerts.
• Manufacturing Systems Support: Maintain ERP-related apps and equipment uptime.
• Physical Security & Communications: Support related systems and phone networks.
