Job summary

A technology services company in Orlando is seeking a Program Manager/Business Development Executive to provide onsite Tier 2 IT support at its distribution center. Key responsibilities include hardware and software troubleshooting, asset management, and user support. Ideal candidates will have mid-senior level experience in IT with a strong emphasis on communication and the ability to work with physical requirements. Experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Mid-Senior level experience required.
• Experience in Manufacturing or Warehouse environments preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work onsite with PPE.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 deskside IT support at the Milan Parts Distribution Center.
• Perform hardware/software troubleshooting and user support.
• Manage assets and ensure basic equipment maintenance.

Skills

Hardware & Software Maintenance (imaging PCs, replacing printer parts, AV support)

Technical Documentation (process logs, reports, customer updates)

Basic Networking & Security Knowledge

Microsoft Office & Standard IT Tools

Familiarity with Agile & ITIL Processes

Strong Communication Skills
