Job summary

ProSphere Tek, Inc. seeks several Customer Service Technicians to serve as Tier 1 responders for end-user IT issues in a high-volume environment.

Positions are full-time and onsite in Bossier City, LA; US Citizenship is required for this contract. You will handle routine IT support for computing systems, printers and peripherals, referencing manuals and automated responses, and escalate to Tier 2 when needed.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills and be able to communicate clearly with end users.
• Experience providing entry-level IT support or help desk assistance is preferred.
• Familiarity with basic hardware (desktops, laptops) and peripherals.
• Technical certifications are highly desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine IT customer support for computing systems, printers and peripherals.
• Analyze and report daily on ticket resolution and closure rates.
• Troubleshoot basic IT services and assist customers with reported issues.
• Use an automated ticketing system daily to track tickets.
• Handle a wide range of hardware and network issues in a high-volume setting.
• Own all assigned trouble tickets from creation to resolution.
