Job summary

ProSphere (PST) is seeking several Customer Service Technicians in Bossier City, LA to serve as Tier 1 responders for end-user IT requests, including computing systems, printers, and peripherals. You will triage issues and escalate to Tier 2 while maintaining clear communication with users.

Onsite work is required, three days per week, with US citizenship for the contract. Strong customer service skills and reliability are essential in a fast-paced government contractor environment.

Qualifications

• Must live within 1 hour of the facility and be able to onsite three days per week.
• Clearance eligibility for public trust (VA/OPM) is required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine IT customer support for computing systems, printers, and peripherals.
• Analyze and report daily on ticket resolution and maintain weekly closure rates.
• Troubleshoot basic IT services and assist customers with reported issues.
• Use an automated ticketing system daily and escalate to Tier 2 when needed.
• Handle a wide range of hardware and network issues in a high-volume environment.
• Own all assigned trouble tickets from creation to resolution.
