Job summary

Xantrion is seeking a customer-focused IT Field Technician to provide onsite support across client locations in a regional hub-and-spoke model. This full-time role requires attendance Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with travel between designated sites and occasional after-hours work.

You will diagnose hardware/software, manage tickets, and maintain inventory while delivering professional customer service and ensuring systems remain operational and secure.

Qualifications

• Technical understanding of Windows environments and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and service management workflows.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, networking, and peripherals.
• Experience supporting printers, docking stations, monitors, and conference room tech.
• Ability to manage assets and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Diagnose hardware, software, OS, and connectivity issues and resolve them.
• Support end users with professionalism and strong customer service.
• Escalate issues appropriately while owning resolution.
• Maintain inventory, asset tracking, and staging/receiving activities.
• Document work in the ticketing system and communicate status to stakeholders.
