Job summary

Xantrion is seeking a fully remote IT Support Engineer to join a people-first team with strong benefits. The role may require onsite visits at client locations as needed, with Pacific-time hours (9am–6pm) and flexible work times.

Responsibilities include handling customer requests, logging tickets in ConnectWise, and providing exceptional technical support for hardware, software, and systems. The position favors proactive problem solving and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of technical support experience.
• Some on-site technical support experience preferred.
• Excellent diagnostic and analytical skills.
• Experience with MS Office products.
• Experience with Windows 7/10 and Mac OS.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline phone coverage and participate in call center groups.
• Provide on-site assistance to clients within local geography if applicable.
• Deliver excellent customer service to Xantrion’s client base.
• Log and track support requests in ConnectWise.
• Prioritize or escalate tickets to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Brief customers and management on status of resolutions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
