Job summary

Xantrion is seeking a customer-focused IT Field Technician for dedicated onsite support. This full-time role is ideal for entry-level technicians who enjoy hands-on work and building strong relationships with clients.

Work hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with travel between designated client locations within the region. You will manage hardware/logistics, tickets, and asset inventories while delivering high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows environments and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Calm, professional problem solving in hardware and software.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and asset tracking.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral support.
• Diagnose hardware/software issues and resolve connectivity problems.
• Manage service requests through a ticketing system with detailed notes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors as needed.
• Maintain inventory and asset records at assigned client locations.
