Best-One Tire & Service in Monroe, Indiana is seeking an I/T Support Specialist to be the technology expert keeping our team connected, supported, and productive. This onsite role requires hands-on end-user assistance across desktops, printers, and mobile devices, with occasional travel to support our other locations.

You’ll install and maintain hardware and software, troubleshoot issues, and help with site openings, relocations, and upgrades.

Qualifications

Proven experience in end-user technical support or help desk environments.
Working knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, hardware troubleshooting, and basic networking.
Experience supporting multi-site or distributed business environments.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
Install, configure, and maintain end-user hardware and software.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and basic network issues.
Support new site openings, relocations, equipment deployments, and upgrades.
Escalate complex infrastructure, network, or cybersecurity issues to the IT team.
Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and asset inventories.
Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.
Assist with user account provisioning and password support.
Coordinate with third-party vendors for hardware repair and telecom support.
Travel regularly to company locations.
