Job summary

Insitu seeks a Level 2 IT Support Technician for a 12-month onsite contract in Bingen, WA. You will deliver end-user IT support, troubleshoot issues, and document resolutions while maintaining high customer service standards.

Typical duties include responding to service requests, diagnosing hardware, software, and network problems, and assisting with AV setups and new-hire onboarding. On-site work is required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of professional IT experience.
• Strong customer service focus and reliable work ethic.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with Windows OS and Office applications.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and VPN technologies.
