Job summary

AXA Professionals is seeking an experienced IT Deskside Support Technician to provide onsite Windows, software, and hardware support for a corporate environment. You will perform imaging and migration using SCCM, manage device deployments, and assist with AV equipment and conference room tech.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, end-user support, and familiarity with Office 365, VPN/VDI, and remote desktop tools, with a commitment to professional service during shifts.

Qualifications

• +3 years corporate deskside support or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Windows 11 migrations.
• Experience with Microsoft Office / Office 365 suite.
• Experience with computer imaging software and data migration processes (e.g., SCCM, Intune).
• Familiarity with remote desktop support tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for projects.
• Provide Windows, software, and hardware support onsite in a corporate environment.
• Perform device imaging, configuration, and migration using approved tools and procedures (SCCM and other deployment technologies).
• Deploy IT machines to end users and assist with migrating users to new Windows 11 devices.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and deploy mobile devices and AV equipment.
• Inventory management and asset auditing.
• Troubleshoot VPN and VDI connectivity.
• Install patches and software using distribution tools.
• Support office moves and workstation relocations.
