Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• 3–5 years end‑user/desktop support experience preferred.
• Experience supporting engineering labs, aerospace, manufacturing, or security‑conscious environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote support for Windows laptops/desktops, monitors, docking stations, mobile devices, printers, conferencing equipment, and Microsoft 365.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and identity/access issues; escalate to IT service owners as needed.
• Prepare, deploy, refresh, and recover user equipment; manage onboarding/offboarding and access requests.
• Log and track requests in ticketing tools; document resolutions and identify recurring issues for improvement.
• Advise users on technology use, security expectations, and self-service procedures.
• Support IT connectivity and endpoint needs for engineering labs and test environments.
• Coordinate installation, updates, licensing, and validation of engineering software with owners/vendors.
• Maintain reliable meeting rooms and collaboration systems; support cross-site teams.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets and map legacy hardware to approved Safran equivalents.
