Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or related field or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 3–5 years of end-user/desktop support experience.
• Experience supporting engineering labs or security-conscious environments.
• Certifications are beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote end-user support for Windows laptops/desktops, monitors, docking stations, mobile devices, printers, and conferencing equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, connectivity issues; escalate as needed.
• Prepare, deploy, refresh, and recover user equipment; handle onboarding/offboarding and access requests.
• Log and manage tickets; communicate resolution status and identify recurring issues.
• Coordinate IT security, asset management, and ensure compliance with Safran policies.
