Raymour & Flanigan Information Technology is seeking an IT Support Technician to be the first point of contact for associates across showrooms, warehouses, and offices. You will troubleshoot on desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices, escalating complex issues when needed.

You will handle calls, emails, and chats, document incidents in the ITSM system, and contribute to the Knowledge Base while maintaining a professional, customer-focused support experience.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree is a plus.
• 0-2 years of IT support or help desk experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 or similar productivity suite.
• CompTIA A+ certification, or willingness to obtain one, is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide first-line troubleshooting across desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, and other endpoints.
• Escalate complex issues to Sr. IT Support Technician with clear notes and documentation.
• Log, categorize, and document incidents in the ITSM platform.
• Contribute to the Knowledge Base by flagging gaps and updates.
• Monitor ticket queue against SLA targets and communicate status to end users.
• Deliver a professional, patient support experience to associates.
