Job summary

Raymour & Flanigan in Liverpool, NY is seeking an IT Support Technician to join the End User Services Help Desk. You will be the first point of contact for associates across showrooms, warehouses, and offices, providing friendly, effective support for desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.

You will log incidents in the ITSM platform, follow KB procedures, and escalate more complex issues to the Sr. IT Support Technician with clear documentation.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree a plus.
0-2 years IT support or help desk experience preferred.
Basic familiarity with Windows and macOS and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

Serve as first point of contact for IT support requests via phone, email, and chat
Provide first-line troubleshooting across desktops, laptops, thin clients, tablets, printers, and other endpoints
Log, categorize, and document incidents in the ITSM platform
Escalate complex issues to the Sr. IT Support Technician with clear summaries
Contribute to knowledge base by suggesting updates
Monitor ticket queue against SLA and communicate status to users
