Job summary

Raymour & Flanigan is hiring a Tier 3 Support Technician onsite in Syracuse, NY. You will serve as the highest escalation point for complex incidents, owning Intune endpoint management, AD/Entra ID, and IT tooling. You will drive root-cause analyses and improve end-user support processes.

The role requires 5+ years of IT support experience, strong PowerShell scripting, and ITIL-aligned practices. This is an on-site position supporting enterprise IT operations in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive IT support experience in a corporate environment.
• Hands-on Microsoft Intune administration: configuration profiles, policies, and Autopilot.
• Expert-level troubleshooting across Windows/macOS, Active Directory, Entra ID, and VPN.
• PowerShell scripting for automations in a support environment.
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms and ITIL concepts; ITIL Foundation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the final escalation point for complex hardware, software, and network incidents beyond Tier 1 and 2.
• Diagnose issues across Windows, macOS, Active Directory and Entra ID, Microsoft 365, VPN, and enterprise apps.
• Troubleshoot identity and access scenarios including SSO, MFA, and conditional access.
• Perform root cause analysis on high-impact incidents coordinating with multiple teams.
• Own Microsoft Intune endpoint management and related tooling for the team.
• Manage PowerShell automations to reduce repetitive tasks for Tier 1/2.
• Oversee ITSM forms, workflows, and reporting in ServiceNow/Jira Service Management.
• Adhere to ITIL processes and monitor SLA compliance for escalated tickets.
• Translate technical issues into clear language for end users and stakeholders.
• Support vendor and asset management and lifecycle activities.
