Job summary

CompucomStaffing is seeking a Level 1 Support Technician to join our client’s team onsite in Bellevue, WA. You will provide end-user support, perform IMAC tasks, and stage/build systems to ensure smooth operations.

You should have strong Windows OS knowledge, basic networking, and solid communication skills to assist users and collaborate with the IT team on projects and asset management policies.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Solid analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Proficient with Windows OS and basic business apps.
• Experience supporting mobile iOS/Android devices.
• Customer-focused with good problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of networks, telecom, and computing.
• Experience providing desk-side IT support.
• Ability to perform IMAC, break-fix and end-user support tasks.
