Job summary

CompucomStaffing is seeking a Level 1 Support Technician to join our client’s team onsite in Bellevue, WA. You will provide end-user support, perform IMAC tasks, and stage/build systems to ensure smooth operations.

You should have strong Windows OS knowledge, basic networking, and solid communication skills to assist users and collaborate with the IT team on projects and asset management policies.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Provide Install, Move, Add, Change (IMAC), Break-Fix, and End User Support activities as required
• Stage and build systems
• Complete special projects as requested
• Follow Asset Management policy and procedure

Wage Range

The rate for this position is between $23.25 - $31.00 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
