Job summary

Pomeroy in Weston, FL is seeking an onsite IT Support Technician to provide deskside support to business end users and ensure service needs are met.

The role is full-time, pays $26-$27/hr, and offers healthcare, PTO, a 401(k) and more. Work is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with duties including resolving technical issues, responding to tickets, on-site support, AV assistance, asset management and collaboration with client teams.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years help desk experience required.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal communication and writing skills.
• Customer service oriented and dependable.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
• Responds to tickets and escalations
• Provide walk in support on-site to end users
• Assist with AV Support as necessary
• Provide Smart hands assistance to Level 3 support teams (Networking, AV, etc.)
• Assist with asset disposition
• Organize, track, and update Assets accordingly (Asset Management)
• 2nd POC for escalated/expedited requests
• Assisting with on-site projects for the client
• Assisting with acquisition of new business with the client
• Assisting with back office related tasks (Account management, etc.)
