Job summary

Komatsu in Milwaukee seeks an IT Desktop Support Technician to provide on-site user support for desktops, laptops, and conference room AV equipment, including imaging, deployments, and incident management. You will work with Intune and SCCM for deployments, assist with Teams/Zoom setups, and help VIP users, with opportunity to grow in a collaborative manufacturing environment.

The role offers on-site work with regular business hours and a chance to develop IT skills within a global manufacturing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate/Bachelor in IT preferred.
• Two+ years IT support or help desk experience.
• CompTIA A+, Microsoft CDST or similar certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for end-user devices and conference room tech.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues and escalate when needed.
• Deploy endpoints using Intune/SCCM and assist with patching and software installs.
• Document incidents and service requests; maintain desktops, laptops, and related equipment.
• Maintain and support conference room AV systems for meetings and video conferencing.
• Assist VIP users and executives with professionalism; escalate complex issues as needed.
• Support system rollouts, upgrades, and routine maintenance tasks.
• Ensure endpoint security and compliance with corporate standards.
