Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Desktop Technician in Cincinnati, OH for a 3-month contract to join the IT Support team. You will image and deploy desktops, provide hands-on end-user support, troubleshoot hardware and software, and manage tickets through ServiceNow, with opportunities for overtime in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has experience with Windows, peripherals, AD, and remote support tools, and may have macOS exposure. An Associate degree in IT or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Strong troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Windows OS knowledge and basic networking concepts.
• Customer-facing technical support experience.

Responsibilities

• Configure, image, and deploy desktops, laptops, and end-user devices.
• Provide IT Help Desk support via phone, chat, and in person.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network issues.
• Manage tickets using ServiceNow or similar systems.
