Responsibilities

• Provide elevated level of AV support to customers.
• Manage inventory flow for onsite global A/V team.
• Troubleshoot system issues and escalate as needed.

Skills

Basic to advanced networking skills

Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical problems
