Job summary

SRS Real Estate Partners in Boston seeks a reliable Onsite Desktop Support / Helpdesk Technician to keep our commercial real estate professionals connected and productive. This role is the go-to for day-to-day tech support—troubleshooting hardware and software, setting up devices, imaging, and guiding end users through technology confidently.

You will support Windows 10/11, macOS, and collaboration tools while partnering with our IT team.

Qualifications

2+ years desktop support or helpdesk experience.
Proficiency in Windows 10/11, macOS, Microsoft 365.
Knowledge of networking fundamentals (VPN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP).
Familiar with mobile device management platforms and remote support tools.
Clear, professional communication with non-technical users.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+ / Network+ preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for IT support onsite, via phone, email, or ticketing system.
Provide hands-on desktop, laptop, mobile device, VoIP, printer, and conference room support.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity in Windows and macOS.
Set up and maintain workstations, imaging, patching, and peripheral configurations.
Assist with onboarding/offboarding—account creation and access management.
Coordinate with vendors for repairs and escalated tickets; maintain asset records.
