SRS Real Estate Partners is seeking an Onsite Desktop Support / Helpdesk Technician to support our Tampa office. You will be the go‑to for day‑to‑day tech issues, device setup, and end‑user guidance, ensuring productivity across Windows and macOS environments.

You’ll support real estate professionals with essential tools (CoStar, LoopNet, Argus, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, ArcGIS) and collaborate with the IT team on projects, security, and backups.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a desktop support or helpdesk technician role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT support—onsite, phone, email, or ticketing system.
• Provide hands-on support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, VoIP phones, printers, and conference room systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues on Windows and macOS.
• Set up and maintain workstations including imaging, patching, and peripheral configurations.
• Support industry tools such as CoStar, LoopNet, Argus, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, ArcGIS.
• Handle onboarding/offboarding—account creation, access management, hardware setup.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs and escalated service tickets.
• Maintain records of IT assets and configurations; assist with IT projects and compliance.
• Assist with basic AV support for meetings and hybrid setups.
