Job summary

Kyndryl Inc. is seeking a Deskside Support Technician to join our on-site teams in Windsor Locks, CT and client locations. The role focuses on testing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware and software issues across multiple devices, including coordination with Microsoft and other partners.

You will handle incidents in a fast-paced environment, strive to meet XLA/SLA targets, and contribute to modernization and cost-saving initiatives while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience providing IT support.
• Experience in a customer facing environment.
• Strong communication via email, phone and in person.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside IT support for hardware and software issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user problems on-site and remotely.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to deploy updates.
