Kyndryl is seeking a Deskside Support specialist to deliver hands-on IT support for client systems at the Windsor Locks, CT site. You will troubleshoot hardware and software, assist with upgrades and imaging, and support a variety of devices both on-site and remotely.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years delivering IT support in a client-facing environment.
• Proven communication via email, phone and in-person interactions.
• Experience supporting a range of hardware and software in corporate settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on Deskside support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
• Test and resolve issues with upgrades, images, and deployments on various devices.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to meet SLAs and deliver reliable service.
