The University of Notre Dame is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide high-touch on-site technical assistance across campus, including hardware, AV solutions, and collaboration tools. This role emphasizes strong customer service and close collaboration with faculty and staff.

You will deploy and image devices, manage inventory, and ensure security and asset-tracking compliance, while growing within OIT and the university community.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required; 1+ year technical support in enterprise/academic/ITIL environment.
• Knowledge of Mac/Windows OS, hardware, network fundamentals, AV equipment, and video conferencing tools (Zoom/Google Meet/Teams).
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to communicate with diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently and follow security and asset-tracking practices.

• Cultivate campus partnerships as the dedicated technical contact for assigned areas.
