Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum one+ year of technical support experience in enterprise/academic IT environment.
• Knowledge of Mac/Windows OS and hardware, network fundamentals, AV troubleshooting, and video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams).
• Strong customer service and ability to communicate with diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently and follow security/asset-tracking practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-touch on-site resolution across campus for devices, AV, and software with minimal disruption.
• Cultivate campus partnerships as the technical contact for assigned areas and influence IT initiatives.
• Execute lifecycle management including deployment, imaging, and endpoint inventory.
