Job summary

TEKsystems in Las Vegas is seeking an IT Help Desk specialist to support Microsoft technologies, Azure AD/Entra ID and M365 applications. The role is contract-to-hire and requires 3+ years of relevant experience with strong communication in a warehouse environment.

You will manage on-prem AD, firewall configurations, and imaging/deployment, while supporting Intune and endpoint management. On-site work with comprehensive benefits available.

Qualifications

3+ years in IT service desk or desktop support.
Hands-on firewall management and configuration.
Azure AD/Entra ID user management and conditional access.
Windows 10/11 support, imaging and deployment.
On-site work in a warehouse/distribution center.

Responsibilities

Support Microsoft Entra ID, Azure AD, and M365 applications.
Manage user identities, access policies, and conditional access.
Support Intune or similar MDM for policy enforcement.
Maintain on-prem Active Directory users, groups, and OUs.
Troubleshoot networking, switches, and wireless infra; assist with patch deployments.
