Job summary

Kelly Science, Engineering, Technology & Telecom seeks a Computer Support Associate for Waterloo, IA. This is a W2 contract, onsite, 2nd shift (2:30 pm–11:00 pm) with weekend on-call rotation and potential OT. Metatarsals required on day one and some local travel may occur.

You will provide onsite deskside support, image computers, maintain assets, and resolve tickets per established procedures, communicating with users and teams.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of computing and networking concepts.
• Ability to use standard desktop applications including Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of computer security policies and concepts.
• 1 year IT experience preferred, but recent graduates considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite deskside support to the Waterloo IA location.
• Imaging computers, replacing printer toner, disposing of outdated assets.
• Update assets in Asset Center and follow KB articles for issue resolution.
• Maintain records and ensure effective email communications with internal/external contacts.
