Job summary

VIVA USA Inc is seeking an onsite deskside IT Support specialist in Waterloo, IA for 2nd shift (2:30 pm–11:00 pm) with weekend on-call rotation. You will image computers, replace toner, and resolve ServiceNow tickets while maintaining asset records and following KB procedures.

The role requires knowledge of computing and networking concepts, proficiency with Microsoft Office, basic security understanding, and at least 1 year of IT experience or recent IT graduates.

Qualifications

Knowledge of computing and networking concepts.
Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of computer security policies and general concepts.
1 year or more IT experience preferred; new graduates considered.

Responsibilities

Imaging computers, replacing printer toner, disposing of outdated assets, and resolving trouble tickets from ServiceNow queues.
Update assets in Asset Center; follow KB articles and unit-specific processes.
Create and maintain basic documents/records; maintain communication with external contacts.
Recognize and resolve issues with established procedures; report outside-scope problems.
Maintain equipment, supplies, data, and inventory; interact with suppliers.
Apply basic technical knowledge to support processes or operations.
