Job summary

Aditi Consulting seeks an onsite deskside support specialist for our Waterloo, IA location. The role requires work on the 2nd shift (2:30 pm to 11:00 pm), Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend on-call duties.

You will handle imaging, asset management, and end-user support, following KBs to resolve issues and maintain IT equipment. The position emphasizes IT concepts, networking basics, and strong communication to manage tickets, document procedures, and coordinate with suppliers as

Qualifications

• Knowledge of computing and networking concepts.
• Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of computer security policies and general computer security concepts.
• 1 year or more IT experience preferred, though recent graduates will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Imaging computers, replacing printer toner, asset disposal, and resolving ServiceNow tickets.
• Update assets in Asset Center and follow KB articles for problem resolution.
• Create and maintain documents/records including contact lists, logs, and inventory records.
• Recognize and resolve problems using established solutions and report out-of-scope issues.
• Maintain equipment, supplies, data, and scheduling of routine maintenance; monitor inventory and liaise with suppliers.
• Support processes by understanding basic printer operations and end-user tickets via KB articles.
