Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and support field IT systems.
• Configure and manage Microsoft Windows operating systems.
• Provide support for network and stand-alone printers.
• Manage network switching and cabling.

Skills

Proficient in supporting Apple iOS and mobile devices

Experience with ServiceNow (ITIL framework)

End-user hardware support (Dell/HP PCs)

Windows 11 operating system
