Job summary

Wide Open West is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide Level 2 IT support for in-office employees at our Denver, CO location. You will handle escalations, hardware installs, AD management, and device support, while collaborating across departments.

Qualifications

• Two-year IT/CS degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2+ years relevant IT support experience; call center experience is a plus.
• Certifications preferred: MCSA, MSCE, MCP.

Responsibilities

• Provides Level 2 support and resolves escalations from the Level 1 Service Desk.
• Independently resolve technical issues via Email, phone, remote, onsite, and ticketing system.
• Install, moves, troubleshoot, and upgrade hardware.
• Onboard/offboard employees and manage user accounts in Active Directory.
