Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an IT Support Technician/Specialist for a hands-on, 6‑month contract to support over 500 employees in a Microsoft-based environment. You will join a small IT team and handle help desk requests, AD/M365 administration, and Windows 11 troubleshooting.

The role is 100% onsite with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional after-hours on-call. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• IT Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Technical Support experience.
• Strong Active Directory knowledge.
• Microsoft 365 support experience.
• Windows 11 troubleshooting experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to help desk requests and resolve technical issues.
• Support Active Directory and Microsoft 365 user administration.
• Troubleshoot Windows 11 desktops, laptops, printers, and applications.
• Create, modify, and disable user accounts.
• Assist with desktop deployments and computer rebuilds.
• Maintain ticket documentation and technology asset records.
• Support Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation.
• Assist with iPad and mobile device support as needed.
