Job summary

Lead Staffing is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to join our IT Help Desk. You will deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to end-users across PCs, mobile devices, business applications, authentication, and connectivity issues.

The role is on-site at Yard locations with a 1st shift, 6-month contract, and 1 opening. You will manage tickets, asset tracking, documentation, and escalation processes while working with vendors on complex incidents.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of IT help desk experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for PCs, mobile devices, business apps, authentication, and connectivity issues.
• Monitor, prioritize, and process incoming support calls and electronic tickets for timely resolution.
• Process software installations, permission changes, and manage IT hardware assets and licenses.
• Escalate complex incidents to upper-tier specialists or vendors when needed.
• Participate in daily system checks and IT infrastructure monitoring.
• Create and maintain work instructions; participate in testing and improvement projects.
• Provide technical guidance and basic end-user training.
