Job summary

CloudHQ, LLC is seeking an IT Support Specialist to ensure smooth technology operations for staff, vendors, and support personnel. The role involves desk-side, phone, remote, and site support for the data center team, with escalation of complex issues when required.

You will deploy equipment for new hires, assist with onboarding/offboarding, and manage Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive, and security tasks under established IT procedures. On-call and occasional after-hours support are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of technical support experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to IT support requests via ticketing system; troubleshoot, resolve, document, and escalate as needed.
• Provide desk-side, phone, and remote support for Windows and macOS devices and common peripherals.
• Prepare and deploy equipment for new hires, transfers, and temporary users.
• Support onboarding/offboarding activities and access coordination.
• Install and support Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive, Box, and related software.
• Assist with Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and endpoint security tasks per IT procedures.
• Support conference-room tech and room-control panels.
• Maintain inventory records and perform asset checks.
• Perform routine maintenance and coordinate replacements as needed.
• Escalate network, security, server, or infra incidents to appropriate teams.
