Job summary

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience/certification.
- 0–2 years of experience in computer or technical support.
- Working knowledge of common operating systems and software.
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+) a plus.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for computer hardware and software issues.
- Set up and configure new computer equipment.
- Troubleshoot connectivity and performance problems.
- Assist with software installations and updates.
- Maintain accurate records of support tickets and resolutions.
- Support basic network troubleshooting.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior technical staff.
- Provide basic user training on systems and software.
