Job summary

Career Group is seeking a Technical Support Analyst for our San Francisco office. This temp-to-perm role focuses on delivering proactive, high-quality IT support in a fast-paced environment, while serving as the primary onsite resource and collaborating with a global ICT team.

You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues, manage incidents in the Service Desk system, and support collaboration tools and device management across PC and Mac environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a help desk, desktop support, or similar technical support role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows and macOS environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Microsoft Exchange, and cloud-based productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day onsite technical support to employees in the San Francisco office.
• Deliver remote and telephone support to colleagues across the U.S. and international offices.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, and end-user issues.
