Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking an entry-level IT Specialist for our Sacramento location. This on-site, five-day-per-week role requires travel readiness and on-call coverage during operational hours. The position supports multiple applications and devices, including RAS, Citrix, and iPad solutions.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate’s Degree or HS diploma with relevant experience; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. Benefits are included as part of the Total Rewards package.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree with 0–2 years related experience or HS Diploma with 3+ years specific experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support RBG applications including RAS, selling & delivery, routing & dispatch, surveys, Print Shop, Citrix, and iPad solutions for various locations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve local hardware and network issues on desktops, laptops, iPads, printers, mobile devices, and A/V equipment.
• Manage end-user assets including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices; oversee procurement, setup, and lifecycle management.
• Coordinate with IT Service Center and other IT groups to resolve issues quickly and escalate when needed.
• Provide incident and problem management reporting via the IT Service Center ticketing system.
• Support other projects or duties as assigned.
