Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking an entry-level IT specialist to support our Sacramento location on a full-time, on-site basis. The role follows a Mon-Fri schedule with flexible start times between 6-9am, totaling 8 hours daily.

Occasional travel and travel reimbursement are required; on-call during business hours. This position offers a benefits package and room to grow within a certified great place to work organization.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience or HS diploma with 3+ years.
• Entry-level IT specialist position supporting Sacramento location.
• Open to occasional travel and on-call during business hours.

Responsibilities

• Support RBG applications (RAS, selling & delivery, routing, dispatch, surveys, Print Shop, Citrix, iPad solutions).
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and network issues on desktops, laptops, iPads, printers, mobile devices, and A/V equipment.
• Manage end-user assets incl. desktops, laptops and mobile devices; oversee procurement, setup, troubleshooting and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with IT Service Center and other IT groups to support issues with high responsiveness and escalate when needed.
• Provide incident & problem management reporting via IT Service Center ticketing system.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

• Must reside within the Sacramento, CA area. This is a 5-day a week onsite support role.


• Schedule: Monday - Friday with flexible start times between 6-9am (Full Time: 8 hours daily, 40 weekly)


• Pay Range: $30.42 - $38.03/hourly, depending on experience (eligible for overtime compensation)


• Entry-level IT specialist position supporting our Sacramento location. Must be open to occasional travel, willing to use personal vehicle (travel reimbursement included), and required to be on call during operational business hours.

Position Responsibilities

• Support of RBG applications, including but not limited to RAS (Route Accounting & Settlement) software, selling & delivery, routing & dispatch, surveys, Print Shop, Citrix, and iPad solutions for various location(s)


• Support, troubleshoot, and resolve local hardware and network issues related to desktops, laptops, iPads, printers, mobile devices, and A/V equipment


• Manage and maintain end-user assets, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices; oversee procurement, setup, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management


• Work with IT Service Center and other IT groups to support issues with a high degree of responsiveness; provide efficient escalation of issues where appropriate to IT team members


• Provide accurate incident & problem management reporting as required by using IT Service Center ticketing system


• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• Associate’s Degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 3 plus years of specific experience

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree
