Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to provide on-site and remote support for owners and executives, coordinating with the IT service center and operating on a 24x7x365 on-call rotation.

The ideal candidate has an Associate's Degree with 1–2 years of related experience or a GED with 3+ years, plus executive support experience and familiarity with Apple, Citrix, AD/Azure AD, and Office 365. We offer full benefits and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree with 1 to 2+ years of related experience or GED and 3+ years of specific experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Certification in Apple, Microsoft Certified Professional, Microsoft Technology Specialist or equivalent is a plus.
• 5+ years of executive-level support experience in enterprise environments (onsite/remote).
• 3+ years configuring and supporting Apple devices and Windows/macOS environments; familiarity with AD, Azure AD, Office 365, and networking.
• Experience setting up executive home offices with networking equipment; Citrix and endpoint management tools (SCCM, Jamf, Intune) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support to Owners and executives, with strong problem-solving and customer service.
• Coordinate with IT service center to resolve executive issues, on-call 24x7x365.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to service level objectives for executives.
• Document actions and procedures to track system state and support team tasks.
• Communicate investigation progress and planned solutions to customers, coordinating with colleagues.
• Provide on-site home-office support for network/desktop services and AV, and manage external vendors.
• Other duties as assigned.
