This hands-on role involves setting up computers, managing access for Microsoft 365, and supporting hardware and networking issues. Qualifications

• 1+ years of IT support experience.
• Experience in a multi-site or property management environment preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Set up and configure new employee computers, accounts, and software.
• Manage Microsoft 365 access and SharePoint permissions.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
