Qualifications

• One or more of the following: 4 year Degree (preferred), 2 year Associates Degree, 7 years general, Full Time business experience, 3 years experience in Property Management.
• Certifications such as ARM, CAM, RAM, or HCCP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise staff members under their supervision.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and adhere to company policies.
• Assist in collection of rents and handle delinquency matters.
• Ensure that residents are provided with a clean, well-maintained community.
