Job summary

Power Monitors, Inc. seeks an IT Support Specialist to join our team on-site in Virginia. You’ll be the first point of contact for technology support across engineering, production and office staff.

You will troubleshoot PCs, printers, phones, and network connectivity while managing user accounts and maintaining security practices. The role requires quick learning and proactive communication with non-technical users.

Qualifications

• Experience providing Tier 1/2 help desk support.
• Familiarity with Windows and Mac; Linux exposure is a plus.
• Ability to set up and troubleshoot PCs, printers, phones, and network connectivity.
• Strong communication and patience working with non-technical users; ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities
