Premium Retail Services, LLC, part of Acosta Group, seeks an IT Support Specialist to power day-to-day technology for associates in Maryland Heights. The role focuses on deployment, configuration, asset lifecycle, and hands-on technical support across hardware, software, and networks.

This is a full-time onsite position based in St. Louis, MO, requiring five days per week with occasional travel between local office locations.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in technical support or related IT position
• IT Asset Management and ITSM platforms proficiency (ServiceNow, Jira)
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting methodologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication including technical documentation
• Excellent time management and prioritization abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Commitment to security best practices and IT policy adherence

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, escalating complex problems when needed
• Communicate clearly with non-technical users to diagnose and resolve issues
• Collaborate with IT teams (network, systems, cybersecurity) to maintain operations
• Manage support tickets using ITSM tools and prioritize tasks for timely resolution
• Maintain documentation and generate reports on support performance
• Adhere to IT policies and update procedures as technology evolves
• Recommend and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and user satisfaction
• Uphold security practices and compliance with organizational standards
• Assist in planning and executing IT support projects and initiatives
• Maintain and update IT asset inventory (hardware/software)
• Participate in ITSM continuous improvement efforts
• Perform other duties to support IT operations
